    We are looking for Senior Program Manager to join our team!

     

    The Sr. Program manager will be focused on defining, developing, and delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs across WW Sales Compensation and Readiness Team, as well as the wider HPE organization, that deliver measurable and sustained benefits for our customers, partners and internal teams.

     

    In this newly created critical role on the WW Sales Compensation and Readiness Team, the Sr. Program Manager, strategic programs will help manage the stabilization/optimization phase and MTO Phase II of the program.

     

    Ideal candidate will ensure smooth collaboration with various stakeholders of the Move-to-Orders (MTO) Program to solve problems, streamline communications, planning, reporting, resources management, MOC and other key aspects of the overall transformation journey. This role also drives governance, transparency and traceability partnering with various functional leaders in the organization.

    The incumbent reports directly to the WW Sales Compensation Program Executive leading Move-to-Orders, as well as other critical strategic/ enhancement programs.

    Key stakeholders for this PM role include WW Sales Comp & Readiness VP and their leadership team, Global Sales Leadership team, Global Sales Strategy & Planning representatives, Finance, HR/Resource management, IT, Global Operations as well as external vendors/ agencies.

    This role will typically influence across MAS to DIR and VP level talent.

     

    How you will mark:

    Understand and translate internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define. Shape and execute transformation programs,
    Continuously seek out improvement opportunities
    Foster and facilitate organization-wide collaboration to solve complex business problems and provide an independent point of view
    Lead cross-functional transformation programs – defining opportunities, evaluating data, designing, and implementing end-to-end optimal and sustainable solutions
    Apply Project Management frameworks/best practices to structure/govern programs from inception to integration
    Define and executing change management initiatives to support strategy and process changes
    Manage matrixed project resources effectively in planning and execution activities
    Communicate program updates, KPI’s in a timely, succinct and engaging way to key stakeholders 
    Set and drive consistency through PM standard methodologies
     

    About you:

    Typically, 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
    Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
    Prior experience as a PMO/ managing transformational projects on a global scale is an advantage
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
    Process Improvement Skills (Lean Six Sigma Certifications –Green/Black Belt beneficial)
    Sales comp and/or sales experience is critical
    Strong analytical skills
    Excellent Microsoft Office skills
    EQ: the ability to tune in to others’ reactions, needs, and goals
    Selfless and supportive approach to the role
