The identity cards of a foreigner – valid in front of all institutions
Ukrainian citizens in our country, who have received registration cards of a foreigner, can use them fully in front of all institutions and providers of public services.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Council of Ministers and it specifies that it applies even to cards issued without a stamp and without a current address.
The identity card of a foreigner is given when registering for temporary protection status and is part of the rights of citizens who have received such status. At present, more than 80,000 Ukrainian citizens are registered for temporary protection in Bulgaria.
