    We are looking for Implementation Project Manager to join our team!

     

    The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) has the responsibility to manage complex installation and deployment projects and the cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations according to HPE specifications or SOW. S/he is a subject matter expert on the Installation & Deployment Services (IDS) portfolio and has broad multi-technology knowledge as well as is able to understand customers’ datacenter environment. S/he may consult with Solution Architects and pre-sales teams to recommend services that best meet customer requirements.
     

    How you’ll make your mark:

    May proactively propose improvements and changes to the customers’ IT environment.
    Provide consultative advice to customers and presales/sales for installation and deployment services.
    Identify service upsell opportunities, supports growth & project profitability.
    For Factory Express and Converged Systems, ensure that configuration/ racking / cabling / OS requirements are documented, meeting with customer (face to face, when appropriate) to collect information.
    Identify appropriate skill-set requirement for on-site engineer(s) & consultant(s) and secures & notifies resources.
    Conduct planning meetings to ensure customer & delivery resource alignment and identifies opportunities to optimize delivery efforts.
    Ensure customer site readiness before onsite implementation start.
    Conduct & document delivery review meetings and is responsible for the implementation of planned activities.  Monitor the actual service level vs. the defined and agreed SLA.
    Ensure Installation & Deployment Services are delivered according to SDG, guidelines and processes.
    Collect signed customer acceptance document.
    Educate customers on TCE survey process.
    Proactively alert stakeholders of potential risks and deviations.
    Support the customer in problem/escalation management.
    Works closely with sales and pursuit teams supporting cross BU strategies and solutions.
     

    About you:

    University/college degree in Computer Science/Engineering
    Project Management methodology 
    Certified in IT Service Management – ITIL V3 Foundation will be aplus
    Previous experience in HPE hardware support team or project management team would be considered as an advantage
    Financial expertise in cost of delivery, margin, and revenue basics
    Understands and demonstrates the main principles of Service Management
    Understands vertical industry trends and relevant market
    Knowledgeable on current and new technological directions (pre-sales value level
    Analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Client relationship management skills
    Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    Fluent in written and verbal English
