The government’s hotel accommodation program for war refugees ends on May 31st
After the end of the month, those who received temporary protection will be transferred to state and municipal bases around the country.
The accommodation of Ukrainian citizens in hotels under the government’s humanitarian aid measure is scheduled to end at the end of May. From the very beginning of the measure, the government announced that the accommodation in the hotels will be temporary and will be only until the beginning of the summer season.
Until then, all those who have received temporary protection and have no other possibility of residence in the country will be transferred to state or municipal bases in various places in Bulgaria at the discretion of the government. Transport will be provided and will be coordinated and planned, with priority given to people with special needs, children and the chronically ill.
