RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll do
- Own, manage and communicate the requirements, priorities and the roadmap of the primary customer relationship management system & the core backend
- Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Act as a bridge between the technical and product/business development teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business
- Ensure roadmaps and backlogs are understood, visible, aligned, and business value is understood
- Fully understand the business core, operations & support life cycle and processes
- Act as the primary escalation point for business-critical issues
- Follow & Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
- Drive best practice and lead as an example
REQUIREMENTS
Hard Skills
- Experience working on Front-End feature heavy applications
- Both analytical and technical understanding
- Relevant experience from an online product company
- Strong UX orientation
- At least 3 years of experience in Product
Soft Skills
- Experience working with in-bound clients
- Proven track record of gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and/or functional specifications
- Excellent communicator, able to present product vision, progress and execution
- Experience working in an agile development environment, e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, Lean
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business orientation
- Ability to understand and discuss technical issues with developers
- Ability to plan complicated structures
- Attention to details yet focus on what matters
- Clarity of communication (Precise, Succinct, Effective)
- Proven Highly organized and able to manage individual workload
