RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll do

• Own, manage and communicate the requirements, priorities and the roadmap of the primary customer relationship management system & the core backend
• Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Act as a bridge between the technical and product/business development teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business
• Ensure roadmaps and backlogs are understood, visible, aligned, and business value is understood
• Fully understand the business core, operations & support life cycle and processes
• Act as the primary escalation point for business-critical issues
• Follow & Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Drive best practice and lead as an example

REQUIREMENTS

Hard Skills

• Experience working on Front-End feature heavy applications
• Both analytical and technical understanding
• Relevant experience from an online product company
• Strong UX orientation
• At least 3 years of experience in Product

Soft Skills

• Experience working with in-bound clients
• Proven track record of gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and/or functional specifications
• Excellent communicator, able to present product vision, progress and execution
• Experience working in an agile development environment, e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, Lean
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong business orientation
• Ability to understand and discuss technical issues with developers
• Ability to plan complicated structures
• Attention to details yet focus on what matters
• Clarity of communication (Precise, Succinct, Effective)
• Proven Highly organized and able to manage individual workload
