Reporting and Analysis Engineer

Now we are looking for Reporting and Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic and highly professional GreenLake Management Services (GMS) team.

The role is related to data gathering, analysis and reporting. Individuals work directly with data and information, creating meaningful analyses, reports and management presentations in support of client, business unit or function activities and performance. Types of analysis and reporting may include: quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement, regular business or client reporting, budget management, financial reporting and/or a variety of other function specific purposes. 

How you’ll make your mark:

Collects and analyzes complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis
Prepares a broad variety of reports and presentations
Provides data and management information for clients, internal and/or external audiences
Deliver reports on the contractual obligations and the predefined SLAs of GMS delivery teams.
Review and/or change established policies, maintain issues log, and manage report delivery
Recommend process or reporting improvements
Collaborate with business teams and management
Support service transition management activities
Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
Develop cross group and cross functional reports covering client needs
Works effectively both independently as well as in a team environment and must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
Being able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong organizational skills 
Being highly creative and analytical, from both a technology and report design perspective
 

About you:

Bachelor/master’s degree or relevant experience
Knowledge of suitable data analytic processes
Fluent in written and verbal English or German
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to work with and influence internal and external business partners
Can work with minimum supervision
Positive mindset and can do attitude
