The government together with the Bulgarian Red Cross are preparing humanitarian aid for those in need in Ukraine
The Bulgarian Red Cross joins the government’s humanitarian aid for those in need in Ukraine. The organization works in coordination with state institutions and will assist in helping people affected by the conflict who arrive in Bulgaria.
The Bulgarian Red Cross provides 10,000 (ten thousand) Swiss francs from its Disasters, Accidents and Crises Fund on the urgent appeal of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, in support of the humanitarian activities of the Ukrainian Red Cross (UCC) to meet emergency and urgent needs of the affected population.
The Bulgarian Red Cross is preparing to launch a national charity campaign to raise funds to help the population affected by the conflict in Ukraine, which will be announced on Monday, February 28, 2022.
