The Council of Ministers adopted a Program for Humanitarian Support and Integration of Displaced Persons from Ukraine Granted Temporary Protection in the Republic of Bulgaria.

The main emphasis of the program is to ensure conditions for long-term integration – through access to employment, education and social support, so that displaced persons can build an independent life. Humanitarian support for the accommodation of persons from risk groups will continue for the entire period of temporary protection.

The integration process is envisaged to involve state authorities in terms of their area of ​​competence or expertise, with their administrations having an obligation to inform in an accessible manner and consult persons granted temporary protection on the possibilities of being supported with integration measures.
