By decision No. 554 of the COUNCIL OF MINISTERS dated July 31, 2024, the term of the Humanitarian Aid Program for displaced persons from Ukraine is extended until December 31, 2024.

By decision No. 554 of the COUNCIL OF MINISTERS dated July 31, 2024, TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE PROGRAM FOR HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE TO DISPLACED PERSONS FROM UKRAINE WITH TEMPORARY PROTECTION IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA, the term of the Humanitarian Assistance Program for displaced persons from Ukraine is extended until 31.12.2024

The following amendments and additions are made to the Program for Humanitarian Assistance to Displaced Persons from Ukraine with Temporary Protection in the Republic of Bulgaria:

In item 1, item 1.4 is created:

“1.4. The persons/families benefiting from the Program who are absent from the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for more than 30 calendar days without interruption, in the event of a stated desire for new inclusion, comply with item 6.2 of the terms and conditions under items 2.3 and 2.4 of the Program, determined by NIGHT .”
